I’m really frustrated and confused right now, and I don’t know where to turn. I recently found out that my FSIQ score is in the 12th percentile, which I know is below average, but I’m still trying to figure out what that really means for me. I’ve always had cognitive deficits—trouble processing information, staying focused, and understanding instructions—but now that I’ve got the numbers, it feels like everything’s just a blur. I also have a diagnosis of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD, and a Learning Disability in Mathematics and Written Expression. On top of that, I suspect I may have an undiagnosed Personality Disorder or Mood Disorder, or maybe I’m emotionally disturbed or disabled in some way. Honestly, I have no idea what to think.
